90th Street.
It was tough, but I finally got Page 90 up! I am in a experimental mood once again, and the panels are filled with skies, gradual colors and weird designs. I like to experiment with colors and blend them into the comic just to see how it will turn out. This is pretty useful, especially when one gets a little tired of drawing backgrounds again and again. It is in this sense that a webcomic remains different from a manga; even in experiment, things always tend to look a little better on the web than on page.
As usual, my writing cells always seem a little fried after I finished a page! Webcomics take up a huge amount of my energy and I always feel drained after each upload. The strained feel is of course, mixed with a sense of relief, for at last I have fulfiled by duty and produced a page for the readers. I am aware of course, that there had been complains about the slowness of the website, which is a problem for surfers tend to have very low patience treshold. DO understand however, that we are in a new circumstance and it takes a while to get used to. The initial slowness may be due to the new demands the site now places on the hoster. Problems will always crop up all over the place, even in the most perfect system. I only ask for some patience while w'Note and the Tech team take time to figure things out.
If this is your first time here.... well, welcome to the SKOOKUM! Blog site. You can be sure, if anything, blogs are never slow, just that they don't contain a lot of substance, this one included.
